Mullet Snapper, Cocos Island, Costa Rica
During a deep dive to 100 feet off the island of Cocos, Kip spotted a large school of fish some 50 feet from his position. As he swam closer, he observed what appeared to be hundreds of mullet snapper tightly packed together. Working quickly he captured the heart of the school as it passed-by his position, revealing a tapestry of lines, patterns and faces that reflects the intricate beauty of the the sea.
